1. Returns

You may request a return for most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or used items for hygiene or safety reasons

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@Lenard.Healthcare

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping cost is free.
